Our refund policy is outlined below. To request a refund, please see our Contact Us page.
- We offer a full refund of the ticket price up until 7 days before the published event start date. After this point we are unable to offer a full refund as we start to incur costs relating to our car parking activities.
- All booking fees and donations are non-refundable.
- Our event start date is clearly stated on the booking platform, it is not the date of the ticket which has been purchased. For 2025 GP Parking the event date is Friday 4th July 2025.

- To be eligible for a refund you must either contact us with your ticket code(s) and information, or request a booking cancellation through our booking platform.
- All refunds will be processed within 3 – 5 working days of receipt of your request.
- Silverstone School Parking will confirm your refund request via email.
- All refund payments will be performed via Stripe, our online payment processor, and deposited against the card used at the time of purchase.
- If a credit is due, this will be issued in the form of a gift card code which can be redeemed on our booking page next year.
We aim to resolve all issues as quickly as we can, please contact us if you are unhappy with any part of our service. Fraudulent payment disputes (or “chargebacks”) cost us a lot in both admin time and fees from our payment processor. If a dispute is filed against us your vehicle registration will be banned from parking with us in the future, and this information may be shared with other car parks and/or Silverstone Circuit.
