- If you are no longer able to attend the Grand Prix you must inform SSP, of your non attendance, within 24 hours of the event start date to be eligible for a refund. You can find full details of our refund policy here and all refunds may be subject to a admin fee.
- In the unlikely event of the Grand Prix being:
- CANCELLED (no longer taking place in this calendar year) refunds or credit vouchers will be completed by the original event date.
- REARRANGED (to a new date in the same calendar year) we will automatically transfer your booking to the new date. You will not receive any further information from us unless we are unable to accommodate the booking; in this instance we will offer a refund and notify you via email.
- Our car parks will be:
- OPEN from approximately 1/2 hour before the main circuit gates open.
- STAFFED until 2.5 hours before the main race start time.
- CLOSED from approximately 1/2 hour after the main circuit gates close. Please note the School site will be locked at 21:30 hours on Sunday 6th July to enable the playground and fields to be reinstated for the children to return to school the next day
- Actual open / closing timings will be confirmed once the weekends timetable is published by FIA and the circuit.
- We will be scanning tickets upon entry at all our sites. Please ensure you have access to either a digital or printed copy of your tickets upon arrival. In the event of tickets not being produced we will need your car or driver details to match with those that were provided at the time of purchase or have been subsequently updated. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any unknown vehicles.
- Tickets are non transferable, and we may require valid photo ID to enforce this.
- If you are coming in a different vehicle you must update your booking with the correct information as soon as possible. You can find the procedure here.
- We want everyone to have a fun weekend! That includes your fellow GP visitors and our volunteers. You can expect a friendly and professional service from our volunteers; in return we ask for the same. We’re sorry but if anyone in your party is abusive or disruptive then your party will not be parking with us.
- In order to book parking with us, you must be 18 years of age and of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- All customers must act responsibly at all times in our car parks, making sure to supervise children and keep to designated pedestrian walkways.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
- Our car parks are used at your own risk. Silverstone School Parking will not accept responsibility for any accidents, damage or loss.
