We’ll be running role familarisation sessions in late June to accompany the role information we have provided.

Each shift will have a 15 minute handover for any information to be handed over on the day.

We’ll be holding two relaxed role‑familiarisation sessions in late June. These are a great opportunity to learn more about our GP Parking roles and to also meet the people you’ll be volunteering alongside.
Even if you’ve volunteered with us before, we’d still love you to come along — things can change from year to year!

• In person session – Date & Time TBC. Location: Silverstone CE Primary School, Towcester Rd, Silverstone, NN12 8UB.
• Online session – Date & Time TBC. Meeting will be held on MSTeams – call details to follow.

We aim to publish rotas quickly, but as this is dependent on volunteer sign‑ups, confirmation of availability, and operational requirements they will not be published before Thursday 25th June.

The rotas will be shared via WhatsApp and email, as well as being published here on our Volunteer zone as soon as they are available.
